One of Japan’s top chocolatiers, who has benefited from the guidance of chocolate manufacturer Jean-Paul Hévin, and studied French cooking directly under Joël Robuchon at his three-star restaurant, SAITO Miho has developed her own chocolate brand.
Her brand concept is “hand-made.” She develops and produces original recipes for French cooking, and sweets which don’t include just chocolate sweets.
She sells limited edition products which can only be bought via electronic commerce websites and department stores.
