Patisserie KuRi is a patisserie that conducts business from three stores in the area of Harima in Hyogo Prefecture .Their Akashi, Harima and Inami stores are all close to JR Tsuchiyama Station.Chef KuRi himself was drawn into the world of western style cakes and sweets with an aspiration to make beautiful and soft, jewel-like, confectionery.
These western style cakes and sweets reflect the culture, climate and scenery from which this confectionery was born. They are shining examples, and aspirations, which have been made into reality, and now they are penetrating the country of Japan. In recent years, Japanese chef Kurihara's filter of French culture and tradition has meant that western confectionery has started to become "Japanese confectionery". However, these aren’t Japanese cakes and sweets! They are western style cakes and sweets made by Japanese people!
